Which bird is going to fly first?

This riddle stays unsolved, even if you ask the two birdies “Donnie Digital” and “Nasty Fingers” that named their dubstep combo after it. And exactly this is the very essence of their sound. Music for the sake of music. Their beats are composed with the passion and fever of seeing how far one can go with all the techniques that are on their disposal. When listening to their first album “2010” one could get the feeling that the exceptional lyrics are not the telling part in their pieces, they support the master plan: It is obvious that the gents were not really eager to produce “beautiful music”. In fact this project is a synthe-massacre on a highly experimental level. Special lyrics and elaborated arrangements blow up in a lucky mushroom cloud and engineer a dirty humming, heart-beat skipping bass.
In september 2010 they released their first instrumental project "7". Seven instrumental songs between Dubstep and Experimental, but you can still hear, that their seeds are basically in Hip Hop. Of course that had to call the attention of the local dubstep parties soon and the London Nebel Soundsystem was founded, which roughed up the young scene.
In 2011 they turned more and more into the dubstep scene and finally on 16th of september 2011 they dropped the Lucky Mushrooms EP on Vinyl, CD and digital on Beatport & iTunes. A lot of gigs all over europe with the big guns of the dubstep scene will bring a lot of heavy basslines made in Germany to your town. Check out the Live-Dates!
